Sal Martines, the Founder of The Martines Home Team, has made it his goal to surround himself with the best of the best both personally and professionally.
Sal, a true local, was born and raised in Henderson, NV. After Highschool, Sal attended John Carroll University in Cleveland, OH where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology which basically entails majors in Psychology and Business alike. After 4 years in Cleveland, Sal decided it was time to defrost and moved back to Vegas where he found his true passion in real estate. Sal, a border-line workaholic and self-proclaimed family-man, shares his life with his wife Terece and their 3 beautiful daughters Avianna, Olivia and Evalina. When Sal is not negotiating and cranking out real estate transactions, he enjoys spending every spare minute of the day with the family or out playing a round of golf or flying down the side of a mountain on a bike with great friends.
Sal began his career as a RE/MAX Broker-Associate and after about 6 years he made his way to Keller Williams where he spent 3 years building his team and training new and seasoned agents alike. After Keller Williams Sal began looking for a new home-brokerage that would best fit his teams’ high level of production while harboring a great overall energy environment. Sal knew he wanted his next move to ideally be his last so he sought out a brokerage that shared his ideals and overall work-life passions. After many meetings with business associates and Las Vegas Real Estate Titans, Sal and his Team ended up procuring offices at LIFE Realty, located right in the heart of Green Valley Ranch in the highly desired work-life community known as, The District. Sal, being a firm believer that you are essentially the average of the people whom you choose to surround yourself with, both professionally and personally, could not have imagined a better fit for our team and long-term goals. We are here and we are home!
